Refund and Returns Policy
As a company policy, each dress is custom made and we do not offer refunds / exchanges for sold products. We pay close attention to quality control before shipping products. You can track your order by clicking the link in the email or by clicking the Order Tracking option on the website and entering the tracking number.
Once you receive the package, you will need the package opening video to apply for a refund. Email the video and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp (9177221447).
After reviewing the video, the refund will start. And your money will be sent to you via the original payment mode.
